The initial spray has more cardamom and pink pepper than the original, but as it dries down the rest of the notes come into play and the spiciness resembles that of the original. I have purchase the eau de parfum and the longevity is similar to Vanilla Diorama’s, whereas projection-wise, it quickly becomes more of a skin scent, with, perhaps, moderate projection when using multiple sprays. I find the original to be more projecting for the first 2-4h.
It is worth mentioning that I find this to be leaning more masculine the first 15-20min, and a tad less sweet in general.
All in all, I think this is a great, cozy gourmand. Even more so at a fraction of the original’s price.
