kdjinspired.com Returns Policy is valid for 14 days from receipt of your item
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged you may return it to us and we will replace it (if stock is available) or provide a refund. A replacement will be sent or a refund will be made when we receive the returned item from you
We will reimburse postage costs for U.K. only
If you are unable to return any item that is broken, we require pictures of the broken item and all packaging otherwise no refund or replacement can be considered.

If you receive a duplicate item or an incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error, you may return it to us and we will provide a refund or replace the incorrect item with the correct one if stock is available. A replacement will be sent, or a refund will be made when we receive the returned item from you.

To return an item you must request a return by emailing [email protected] advising us of the reason for return.
Package the item securely and include your name and order number. Obtain a proof of postage when you send the item. If a returned item is lost in the post you will need to claim for its loss from the Royal Mail who will require proof of postage.
We reserve the right not to accept returns that do not have a ‘Returns Authorisation’.
NOTE: You must get appropriate cover for the delivery of all items in case anything gets lost in the post. You will need to claim for any items lost in delivery from the Royal Mail as we cannot.
Proof Of Posting is available when you send your item from the Post Office and does not cost anything. Without Proof of Posting we cannot make any refunds if the item does not get to us.
We test all returned items and reserve the right to return the product to you at your expense or charge a reasonable re-stocking fee if we cannot Find the fault on our item.
Items that cannot be returned
Most items bought from us can be returned, however, the nature and use of some items means that we cannot accept a return on them. Items that cannot be returned are explained below:
Specially ordered items or anything ordered on your behalf outside of our standard catalogue.
Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else. They must be used to purchase items from the web site.
The 3rd item discounted is based on the lowest priced product. Discount is rendered void and null if 1 or 2 products are returned
- If all items are returned, a refund will be offered for the amount paid for product (shipping costs are not refundable)
- If partial return results in the order not meeting the discounts requirements, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly and paid in proportion to buying 2 or 1 item only.
- Codes that give a percentage off will be refunded proportionally to the discount
- If you opt for an exchange discount codes will still be valid
