Delivery Information
Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Saturday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on a Sunday and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
UK orders: 3-6 working days
International orders: 10-14 working days
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
It is the customers responsibility to check what the taxes/duties are in their country, Kdj Inspired has no knowledge of worldwide taxes and implications, hence cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred.
In the event of any delivery being refused by the recipient (for any reason) there will be a £5 charge on uk orders returned to us and a £15 charge for all international orders returned to us. This will be deducted from the order refund skint. Also postage charges will not be refunded.
We will investigate all delayed parcels starting from the 6th working day after the order is made.
The investigation can take up to 7 working days before we can issue a refund or replace any missing goods.

Confirm with family members or neighbours to determine if they accepted the package on your behalf.
Reporting Missing Packages
If you cannot locate your package:
Contact your local post office or shipping company to report the issue.
Obtain an official document from the post office or shipping company confirming:
Non-receipt of the package.
That an investigation has been initiated.
Submit this document to us within 3 days of the delivery date.
Refunds and Replacements
Once the required documentation has been submitted, we will:
Investigate the matter with the shipping company.
Offer a refund or replacement upon confirmation of non-receipt.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these procedures. Raising such issues with the shipping company is essential to secure compensation and provide a resolution for you.
